Description
Health Central Women seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality OB/GYN imaging in a compassionate, patient-centered practice. In this onsite role, you’ll conduct routine and high-risk obstetric and gynecologic ultrasounds, optimize images, and collaborate closely with our physicians and clinical team. You’ll educate and comfort patients, support continuity of care, and help maintain equipment and exam-room safety in a professional, team-oriented environment focused on quality, respect, and women’s health across all life stages.Perform high-quality OB/GYN ultrasound exams according to physician orders and practice protocols
Obtain, analyze, and document diagnostic images to support accurate clinical decisions
Explain procedures, prepare patients, and provide compassionate, respectful care throughout exams
Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, nurses, and staff to coordinate patient care and scheduling
Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance
Accurately document findings in EMR and support timely, clear communication of results
Support patient education, continuity of care, and a culture of safety and quality
OB/GYN ultrasound imaging
Fetal anatomy and growth assessment
Doppler and 3D/4D sonography
Patient positioning and scanning techniques
Image optimization and quality assurance
Use of PACS/RIS and EMR systems
Report preparation and documentation
Infection control and exam room safety
Communication with physicians and patients
Time management in clinical setting

Current ARDMS eligibility or registry within 12 months
