Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer Hartsville, South Carolina. The facility is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound testing related to the cardiovascular system. The role involves conducting echocardiography, carotid duplex scanning, noninvasive peripheral vascular studies, and other related procedures. The ideal candidate must be registered or registry eligible by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), with completion of registry within one year of employment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch, and Friday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) by ARDMS or as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS) by CCI. BLS certification through the American Heart Association must be attached to the candidate submission. Experience as an Echo technologist is preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing diagnostic vascular imaging procedures. Candidates must adhere to facility policies and protocols for vascular sonography.
